While this is above the $75 VAT threshold, and you have to pay about $28 in import fees to Amazon, it is just so amazingly affordable that it's definitely worth it! AND it qualifies for free shipping!
So I just bought one myself (I've been waiting for a deal on a Chromebook - I totally needed a new laptop and had decided a Chromebook would be best for my budget)!
