Yom Kippur is almost here. Wishing you all a meaningful and successful fast and a good year ahead, full of health and happiness and peace and lovingkindness.
I'll quickly share my pre-fast menu - I have been very busy and haven't been posting much lately, but I really hope to get back into the swing of things, starting now!
Here's our plan:
Homemade Spelt and Oat Bran Challot (from the freezer)
Mushroom-Vegetable-Barley Soup
Date Honey Chicken
Potato Kugel
Apple Crisp
Roasted Veggies
Steamed Broccoli
Cucumbers and Tomatoes
We probably won't have any room for dessert, but I'm making chocolate chip squares right now!
