Tiv Tirat Tzvi announced a recall of the following product:Beef Prosciutto, 100g packages, with barcode # 7290013906519, all current expiration dates through 17.10.2016
Routine testing showed that this product contains nitrates in quantities above the legal limit.
The Prosciutto packages are being removed from store shelves.
Consumers who have purchased this products should call Tiv Tirat Tzvi at 1-800-262-728 to receive a replacement.
