Just fill out the form on the left side of the page with your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address, and you'll be directed to a page from which you can print your coupon. I'm sure you can unsubscribe from emails and SMS messages afterwards.
They're a natural cosmetics company, but I've never tried them. I hope to soon - I just got my coupon!
