Weekly Menu
I am so preoccupied with other things I *MUST* take care of, I just don't want to spend a lot of time planning, prepping, and cooking meals! Ever feel that way?
So here's my hopefully easy menu for the week:
Sunday
Lunch: noodles with sauteed vegetables, cut up carrots and cucumbers with chumus, PB&J sandwiches on leftover challah for picky kids
Supper: Salad, french fries, pizza
Monday
Lunch: Grilled Cheese sandwiches, cut veggies (cucumbers, carrots, kohlrabi)
Supper: Pasta with tomato sauce, steamed kishuim
Tuesday
Lunch: Sandwiches, salad
Supper: Pancakes, cottage cheese, some sort of veggies
Wednesday
Lunch: leftovers from the week
Supper: Bulgur with lentil meat balls and marinara sauce, Carrots and Cucumbers
Thursday
Lunch: something picnic-ey, not sure what, but it's tiyul day!
Supper: Macaroni and cheese, roasted kohlrabi, whatever fresh vegetables are left
