I have no idea how this week flew by. It's Friday. I haven't made it to the supermarket. I haven't made it to the health food store. I haven't made my challah dough.

Split Pea Soup
Black Bean Cholent for Lunch
Roasted Chicken with herbs
Burgul (it was pretty popular last week, and it's pretty inexpensive)
Spicy Roast Potatoes
Apple Crisp
Veggie platter (we have tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow pepper, and kohlrabi)
Cookies
Seudah 3: Challot, veggies, cheese, etc
OK, I've waited long enough. It's time you posted a picture or a recipe for the famous apple crisp. I have no idea what it is.

And I put cinnamon in the topping, not mixed with the apples. I'll have to post - that just means making it not RIGHT before Shabbat! I will try...
