1 liter cartons of 3% milk with an expiration date of
22/8/2012 are being recalled.
The recalled cartons have the letter "ב"
next to the date. They were distributed to stores in the area between
Binyamina and Rishon L'Tziyon. They have been contaminated with a
cleaning substance.
Call Tnuva at 1-800-666-244 between 8 am and 10:30

1. cartons have a longer life 2. the vitamins are retained better in a carton than in a plastic bag 3. they taste different 4. sometimes they are on sale
Personally I prefer the cartons, but cannot justify the expense right now, so I buy bags. But for many, many people, cartons are the way to go...
I prefer the cartons, because it keeps fresh longer, and the sacks would always make a mess and spill when the kids are slamming the fridge door. I buy only TARA milk by the way, since we make a point of no longer buying TNUVA produce when possible.
