Quick - here's the menu!
Minestrone soup (sort of - I took my leftover vegetarian cholent and combined it with sauteed onion, garlic, kishuim, carrots, fennel, green/yellow pepper, and eggplant. Added tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, and basil, and I'm calling it minestrone)
Leftover carrot kugel
Roasted potatoes with ketchup
