Despite the fact that I can't quite believe it, I have to plan a Shabbat menu again. And, it's the last Shabbat before my biggest little boy becomes a Bar Mitzvah. It's all just a bit TOO much for me to absorb...
Here's the plan:
Vegetable soup
Potato Kugel
Chicken (maybe with pineapple?)
Tofu in some sort of sauce (same kind as the chicken?)
Make-your-own-salad
Baked sweet potatoes
Vegetarian cholent for Shabbat Lunch
Chocolate chip squares for dessert
