Do you use wipes? Some people use baby wipes for a whole variety of purposes... cleaning hands and faces while out and about, cleaning hands after putting gas in the car or checking the oil, tires, etc. I usually keep a package on me for those sorts of inevitable situations when I must clean something up but don't have a sink at my disposal!
